Copycat DoubleTree cookies

Recipe from Six Vegan Sisters.

Makes 12 big cookies

Ingredients Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F.
  2. In a small bowl, stir together the plant milk, vinegar, and vanilla. Set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, cream the plant butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
  4. Add the milk mixture, beating again until light and fluffy.
  5. Dry ingredients: In a separate bowl, sift the flour. Stir in the baking soda, salt, cinnamon, oats, chocolate chips, and walnuts.
  6. Add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture. Mix until combined.
  7. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Scoop out 1/4 cup of dough for each cookie. Roll into balls, and put on the baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 20 minutes until the edges are golden brown.
