Peanut butter cookies
Makes 14 cookies
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup (200g) peanut butter
- 1/2 cup (92g) sugar
- 4.5 Tbsp (68g) plant milk
- 3/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 Tbsp vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup (90g) all-purpose flour
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350F.
- In a large bowl, stir together the peanut butter, sugar, plant milk, and baking soda until well combined.
- Add in the flour. Stir until just combined.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Divide the dough into cookies. Roll each cookie into a ball.
- Use a fork to press a criss-cross pattern into each cookie.
- Bake for 12 minutes.
